He is a CA (SA) and CA (Nam) and has served the Nictus Group for the past 30 years. He served on the Nictus Limited board from 1997 until 31 Augustus 2013 and has served as the Managing Director of various group companies. He has been a director of Corporate Guarantee Namibia since 1998 and of Corporate Guarantee South Africa since 2004.
